Refund policy

Each piece is individually handcrafted, and for this reason returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your piece arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery at

with your order number and a few clear photographs. I will always do my best to resolve any issues.

If a return is agreed, the piece should be sent back in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

Once the piece has been received and carefully inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Notes

Due to the delicate and handmade nature of paper botanicals, slight variations and natural irregularities are part of the work and are not considered faults.
