Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3 working days.

All pieces are sent via Royal Mail using tracked or signed-for services where appropriate, with delivery typically taking 2–4 working days from dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been posted.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly, particularly during busy periods. Once in transit, delivery is handled by the postal service, though every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely and without delay.

Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped and securely packaged to protect its form in transit. Due to the delicate nature of paper botanicals, particular care is taken to ensure everything arrives as intended.

If your piece arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a few photographs of the item and packaging. In the unlikely event that something has been affected in transit, I will always do my best to resolve it.
